RSUD Wonosari merupakan rumah sakit tipe C dan rumah sakit terbesar yang dimiliki Pemerintah Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Sebagai organisasi yang bergerak di bidang jasa, kepuasan masyarakat menjadi salah satu tolak ukur kinerjanya. Berdasarkan empat kali survei terakhir, IGD yang merupakan bagian layanan utama RSUD Wonosari dan beroperasi selama 24 jam mendapatkan indeks yang cenderung menurun, sehingga perlu dicari sistem pengendalian manajemen yang dapat membantu meningkatkan indeksnya. Artikel ini disusun menggunakan metode studi literatur reviu dengan melihat sistem pengendalian manajemen di berbagai negara. Ide awal yang dimaksudkan untuk merancang sistem pengendalian manajemen di RSUD Wonosari adalah Sistem pengendalian yang interaktif untuk daya tanggap mengidentifikasi apa yang diperlukan oleh pelanggan, pengendalian perilaku melalui kebijakan, SOP, kebijakan dan peraturan tertulis yang ketat agar karyawan lebih patuh dan peduli terhadap waktu layanan, anggaran anggaran untuk kekurangan pada nilai sarana dan prasarana. Komitmen organisasi SDM juga perlu diukur karena hal tersebut terkait dengan pengendalian dan kinerja.
