Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of blockchain technology in improving financial transparency and accountability at PLTU X, particularly in the recording of Production Cost (BPP). The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and simulation using Hyperledger Fabric. The simulation results indicate that blockchain can record financial transactions immutably and detect revisions automatically using SHA-256 hashing. The quantitative SWOT analysis shows high scores for strength and opportunity, supporting an aggressive strategy integrating ERP and blockchain. The study concludes that blockchain has strong potential as a complementary, transparent, efficient, and auditable recording system, although its implementation still requires gradual readiness of infrastructure, regulation, and human resources.
